Terms of Use
Version 1.2 · Updated 21 September 2026
Cmon is a personal planning app: habits and challenges, plans and tasks, notes, a budget, a timer, and a small social space where you can share progress with people you choose. These terms are the agreement between you and us about how the app may be used. Please read them — creating an account means accepting them.
1. About these terms
Cmon (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Cmon. These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy together form the agreement between you and us.
By creating an account, ticking the box on the sign-up screen, or continuing to use the app, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Who can use Cmon
You must be at least 13 years old to have an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
Give accurate details when you sign up, keep one account rather than several, and do not let anybody else use yours. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
3. Your account
Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication. We never see or store your password. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only the name and email address that service passes to us.
Keep your password and your device secure, and tell us straight away if you believe somebody else has reached your account.
4. What the app is for
Cmon is for organising your own life, and for sharing as much or as little of it as you like. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not resell it, copy it, take it apart, drive it with automated tools, scrape it, load it beyond ordinary use, or use it to build a competing service.
5. Subscription, free trial and payment
Cmon is a paid app. After the free trial it can be used only with an active subscription, sold as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly plan through the App Store. The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency; taxes may apply.
New subscribers get a free trial of one week, once per Apple ID. When the trial ends the subscription starts and the plan you chose is charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You cancel in your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, and the charge is made to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel at any time: cancelling stops the next renewal, and your access continues to the end of the period already paid for. No refund is given for the unused part of a period. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms, and refund requests are made to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com); we cannot refund a purchase ourselves.
If we change a price, you will be told in advance through the App Store, and where the law requires it your consent will be asked before the new price applies to you.
When your subscription ends, the app closes to you: you can no longer open your challenges, boards and posts. Nothing is deleted while your account exists, and everything is there again when you subscribe again. You can still delete your account at any time.
Deleting your Cmon account does not cancel a subscription — only Apple can do that. Cancel it first, or Apple will keep charging you. Where you have a right to withdraw from a purchase, that right is exercised with Apple as the seller; nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Your content
What you write, upload and track stays yours. We claim no ownership of it.
To run the app we need permission to keep your content and show it back to you and to the people you have shared it with. So you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy and display it — for operating and improving Cmon, and only for as long as you keep it in the app.
You are responsible for what you post, and you should post only what is yours to post: content you made, or content you have the right to use.
7. Content rules — zero tolerance
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or for abusive users. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the accounts that post it are removed with it.
You may not post, send or share:
- Harassment, bullying, stalking or threats, or encouraging anyone else to do those things.
- Hate speech, or attacks on people for their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, illness, age, gender, gender identity or sexual orientation.
- Sexual content or nudity. Any content that sexualises or endangers a child is reported to the authorities and the account is removed permanently.
- Violence or gore, or the promotion of terrorism or violent extremism.
- Encouragement or instruction in self-harm, suicide or disordered eating.
- Illegal goods and services, including drugs, weapons and stolen data.
- Fraud, scams, deceptive schemes, or impersonating another person or organisation.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or manipulation of challenge results, streaks and leaderboards.
- Another person’s private information — home address, phone number, documents — shared without their permission.
- Malware or exploits, or attempts to break the security of the app or of another account.
Anything else a reasonable person would find objectionable is covered too, whether or not it appears in this list.
8. Reporting, blocking and moderation
Every post, every comment and every profile can be reported from inside the app. Use the report action and tell us what is wrong.
You can block anyone from their profile. Somebody you have blocked cannot see your posts, follow you or interact with you, and you will not see them. Blocked accounts are listed under Settings → Privacy, where you can also unblock them.
We review every report within 24 hours, and we remove content that breaks these rules, eject the person who posted it, or both. We may act on content without waiting for a report.
If your account is private, only the followers you have approved see what you share.
9. If the rules are broken
Depending on what happened, we may remove the content, limit what an account can do, suspend it, or remove it permanently and without notice. Serious cases are reported to the authorities.
If you believe we got it wrong, write to destek@planokey.com and we will look again.
10. Not professional advice
Cmon helps you keep track of habits, exercise, mood, money and time. It is a tracking tool, not a professional: nothing in it is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
Speak to a qualified professional before starting anything that could affect your health, and never set aside professional advice because of something the app showed you. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
11. Notifications
The app can send push notifications — reminders you set, and activity from the people you follow. You choose which kinds arrive under Settings → Notifications, and you can switch them off entirely in your phone’s settings.
A few messages about your account or its security are part of the service and are not optional.
12. Availability and changes
We add, change and withdraw features as the app develops, and parts of it may be offered as a test build. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or free of faults, or that data kept only in the app cannot be lost — keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Some or all of the app requires a subscription (section 5). A feature offered as a test may be withdrawn or changed when the test ends.
13. Ending it
You can stop using Cmon whenever you like. To delete your account, open Settings and choose Delete account: it and everything in it — your challenges, boards, tasks, posts, comments and the files you uploaded — are erased straight away and cannot be restored. You can also ask us to do it by writing to destek@planokey.com.
We may end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the service.
Ending your subscription does not close your account, and closing your account does not end your subscription — section 5 says what happens to your access, and who to cancel with.
14. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profit.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
15. Third parties, and a note about Apple
The app relies on services we do not control — Firebase Authentication and Firebase Cloud Messaging from Google, and the store you installed from. Their own terms govern the parts they provide.
This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple. Apple has no responsibility for the app or its content and no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Purchases are made through the App Store’s in-app purchase system, under Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions, and RevenueCat keeps track of subscriptions for us. Their own terms govern the parts they provide.
16. Changes to these terms
When the wording changes we move the date at the top of this document and, if the change is significant, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Cmon after that means you accept the new version.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory law of the country you live in.
