100 Days
A hundred days of one thing. Long enough to change what you are.
Challenge
A challenge is one small thing done on purpose, for a set number of days, and a record of every day you kept it. Start with something you could do on your worst day. You can run as many as you like at once, and invite people into any of them.
Three with an end, three for as long as you like, and one on your own terms.
A hundred days of one thing. Long enough to change what you are.
Short enough to finish, long enough to stick. Start here.
A mark a day, in a row you will not want to be the one to break.
Never a day with nothing on it, however small the something is.
A little more than yesterday, every day, and see where it lands.
The long apprenticeship. The hours are counted as you put them in.
Your rule, your unit, your length. Everything above, unbundled.
For the things that are done or not done. One tap on the card and the day is kept.
Pages, glasses, kilometres, with a unit of your own. Add one at a time or several at once.
Count up to a goal or down from it. The clock keeps going with the phone locked, and a day spent away from it can be finished by hand.
On every card, with the daily goal and how far along today is.
On the days the challenge runs, at the time you choose. Forgetting breaks more streaks than reluctance does.
On any day you like, and a post for the people who follow you if you want them to see it.
Invite people into any challenge. Everyone logs their own days, sees the others', and there is a leaderboard for the ones who like one.
Don't Break the Chain ends the day you miss; that is the point of it. The others forgive a missed day and carry on. You choose which kind of run you are on, and the history says how each one ended: completed, finished, or broken, with the rate of days kept.
